It is neither an architecture studio nor a real estate agency — it is a new approach to selling property.Is Refit.space a real estate agency? Can it sell my property?
No. Refit.space is a pre-sale preparation and value-enhancement service: it prepares the property, produces the marketing materials and provides the AI valuation. The actual sale is handled by an independent, vetted partner agency from the Refit.space network. Refit.space’s fee is a service fee for preparation, not a brokerage commission.Where does Refit.space operate?
Refit.space operates in Milan, Como and the towns of Lake Como (Lombardy). Its headquarters are in Milan. Coverage is expanding to further Italian provinces.How does Refit.space make money?
With the Zero upfront option, Refit.space receives a 3% commission on the sale price at closing — all-inclusive: the preparation package, materials and the partner agency’s commission. With the Buy the package option, the owner pays a per-m² fee upfront. For Instant Buying, the commission is paid by the buyer and the seller pays nothing.How reliable is the AI valuation?
The valuation is based on a proprietary ML model trained on Lombardy market data refreshed twice a month. The estimated accuracy is approximately plus or minus 15% of the real market value. It is an estimate — it does not replace a professional appraisal with an on-site inspection, which Refit.space can arrange free of charge on request.
