    Refit.space prepares a complete package — architectural drawings, bill of quantities (BOQ), 3D renderings, photography and listing materials — and lists the property at its post-renovation value. At closing two separate contracts are signed: the deed between owner and buyer, and a works contract between the buyer and Refit.space for the construction works.
  • Does the owner need to fund the renovation upfront?
    No. The owner bears zero financial risk and has no responsibility for managing the works. You sell at the new value and the construction works begin only after closing, funded by the buyer under a separate contract.
  • How long does it take to prepare the project?
    The package — architectural plans, 3D renderings and listing materials — is delivered in approximately 4-5 weeks from signing the agreement.
  • Which areas does the service cover?
    The service is currently available in Milan, Como and the towns of Lake Como (Lombardy). Coverage is expanding to other Italian provinces.
  • Does Refit.space carry out the works directly?
    Refit.space designs and coordinates the entire process — technical documents, renderings and the sales strategy. The actual construction works take place after closing, under the works contract signed with the buyer.
