There are two options. With Zero upfront you pay nothing in advance — the fee is a 3% commission on the sale price, all-inclusive (the Refit.space service, materials and the selling agent’s commission), settled at closing. With the Buy the package option you pay a one-time per-m² fee upfront and sell freely with any agent or independently.What happens if the property does not sell?
With the Zero upfront option there is zero risk: if the property does not sell, you owe Refit.space nothing.How long does the service take?
